Award Winning Family Law

Afsana discovered her passion to advocate for family law clients while working at the firm as an undergraduate student. During law school, Afsana summered and articled with the firm before joining Burrison Hudani Doris LLP as an associate in 2021.

While in law school, Afsana worked at the University of Victoria Law Centre as a community caseworker in several areas of law, representing clients in court, mediation and negotiations. She also worked with family duty counsel at the local courthouse in assisting self-represented litigants. Afsana volunteered on the executive team with Pro Bono Students Canada and as a family law advisor with the British Columbia Legal Services Society.

Afsana is a member of the Ontario Bar Association and is a representative on the Steering Committee for the Ontario Legal Professionals Alliance.
